The Surge Series was designed around one question... what does a tri suit actually need to do across 140.6 miles? The answer shaped everything. The fabric choice, the pad construction, the zip, the pocket placement, the removal of the leg pockets in 2026 to keep the lower half clean and aero. Every decision was deliberate.

This is not a training suit that doubles as a race suit. It is a race suit. It happens to train well too.

The fabric

The upper body runs Miti Cool Asterial, an Italian performance fabric that wicks fast, dries quickly and keeps airflow moving under sustained effort. The sleeves, sides and back use a striped woven construction that manages airflow rather than trapping it. On the bike in particular, you feel the difference.

The chamois

Tri Comp EVO. Made in Italy. Built for extreme distances with a slim profile that does not compromise your position on the bike. Multi-density construction with graduated thickness, 1.5mm at the front, 7.0mm through the support zone and 4.5mm at the rear. High-density perineal support keeps you comfortable in an aggressive aero position for hours, not just minutes. Eco Graphene outer fabric for cooling and bacteriostatic properties. Air Mapping System for ventilation. Seamless fabric-only wings that sit flush and stay put when you're moving.

It is one of the better pads at this price point. We wouldn't put it in the suit if it wasn't.

The details

YKK full-length zip with comfort guard. No rubbing, fast transitions.

Raw-cut leg grippers. Low profile, no digging in after hour four.

Two rear pockets and one internal pocket. Enough to carry what you need without adding bulk where it hurts aerodynamics.

No leg pockets. Removed in 2026. Cleaner lower half, less drag. If you need storage down there this isn't the suit for you. If you want to go faster, it is.

The honest bit

Eligibility:

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5-7] business days.
